I did it.
It's 9:30 am.
Went for a 4 kilometres walk and lunch in oven.
Didn't smoke for one and a half hour.
If I don't listen to my mom and friends I will surely be on track very soon.
Why do people try to sabotage you?
Never will figure them out.
12:15pm
Had stuffed veggies for lunch.
I didn't even smoke that much till now.
I wonder how the rest of the day go.
The rest of the day I mostly ate.
Went over my calorie balance.
Went payed the rest of my electrical bill for the store.
Still have water and rent.
